Under new ownership that had already done great things to this charming old place. The new owners include brothers that grew up in town. The restaurant and bar will not open until summer 2018. The family suite we stayed in had one King in one room, 2 twins in the other with the privite bathroom in between. Rooms were clean and beds were new. Our rooms faced the highway but there occasional vehicle didn't disturb us at night. Common rooms on the first floor were nicely decorated and the view of there lake was great. Our host was friendly and helpful. I look forward to returning and seeing how the restaurant turned out.
Just reopened by new owners. Newly renovated Tom was very clean and comfortable. The Great room and wrap around porch overlooking the lake offered a relaxing time and a nice sunset. Restaurant and bar won't be open until next summer, but it's close enough to town not to be a problem. I would stay again if I was passing through.
Highly recommend staying here! We had a great time!! Rooms are comfortable. Management are very friendly and helpful!! We will be back next year.
New owners are great! Very friendly and accommodating. The cabin we stayed in was very cute with lots of knotty pine (a true Adirondack feel) It had an awesome front porch with beautiful views of the lake. They have a little beach with boat dock access and fire pit area perfect for relaxing! Can't wait to go back next year!
It is a very nice, warm, and quaint hotel. We will book it again next time. Like it very much!!
