Nice and clean and wonderful folks. We had a great time also able to offload our kayaks and get them to the lake very quickly
Sandy Point and its keepers made our trip this summer amazing! They are very friendly and can also offer suggestions of places to visit in the area. The swim area and kayak rentals worked great for the whole family. Extremely easy access to the village of Long Lake as well. Can't wait to return!!! Thank you!!! The view of the lake, the mountains and the sounds of the loons is incredible! I am still talking about it over a month later!!!
My family and I stayed here on a last minute trip. We stopped late at night, without reservations, and the motel was well lit, it was very easy to find the owners, to get a very reasonably priced room. The motel is VERY cute, VERY clean, right on the lake, with a wonderful view from a cool screen enclosed balcony. The room was very comfortable, it had all the amenities you could need, and it's very clean, and again very neat, like you are going back in time, but everything is new looking, and clean. The motel is on Long Lake, which is beautiful, and this motel has boat and kayak rentals, also very reasonably priced, and a neat walkway right to the water. The owners are very nice and helpful, they will show you fun things to do in the area, and they make you feel right at home, they will help you with anything you need. We only stayed one night, but we will definitely be coming back for a regular vacation. I feel like you could really make a vacation right at this motel. It's a must see place, very fun!!
Great lakefront view of Long Lake, inexpensive kayak rentals and close to the village. The owners are very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend to any friend.
